At the coal face, you will deal with John and Andrew Nash, but there is a large team behind the scenes following through on all the administration and day to day matters to make sure that you have the necessary support and documentation you need for your insurance.
John Nash
DIRECTOR
John Nash has been in the insurance industry for more than 40 years working as both a general insurance broker and underwriter, as well as a consultant in agricultural insurance to organisations such as the World Bank and the UN FAO. Prior to establishing Oracle Insurance Solutions John was the National Rural and Regional Manager for Allianz Australia.
John holds a Degree in Agricultural Economics (University of New England), a Diploma in Financial Services in General Insurance Broking and Life Insurance, a Post Graduate Certificate in Management (Macquarie University), is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF), a Certified Insurance Professional and a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker.
Andrew Nash
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Andrew is based in Oracle Insurance Solution’s Sydney office and plays a key role in growing the family-owned insurance business across Australia. He holds a Diploma of Insurance Broking, Tier 1 & 2 certifications, and a Life Insurance Foundation Certification. Andrew is fully qualified in General Insurance and is actively advancing his Life Insurance expertise, with the support of senior broker John Nash.
With a Bachelor of Business (Marketing & Management) from the University of New England, Andrew brings a strong commercial edge to the team. His background in elite sport and commercial sales—spanning partnerships, management and brand deals in rugby union and supercars—has given him a competitive mindset, outstanding relationship-building skills, and a laser focus on delivering for clients.
Andrew’s goal is simple: build lasting relationships and tailor insurance solutions that genuinely support clients in protecting what matters most.
Chris Redlich
CLAIMS MANAGER
We’re pleased to welcome Chris Redlich as the newest member of the Oracle Insurance Solutions team.
With over 25 years of experience in insurance claims across both Australia and the UK, Chris brings a strong technical background and broad knowledge across a wide range of claim types.
He is a Senior Associate of the Australian Insurance Institute, holds a Diploma in Financial Services (General Insurance), and is Tier 1 Broking qualified.
Chris adds valuable depth to our claims capability and will play a key role in supporting our clients through the claims process.
